Arthur Bernard Tauber, Beatrice Tauber & son Arthur Jr. circa 1930

Arthur Bernard Tauber & Beatrice Ottilie (Bertman) Tauber. Arthur Bernard Tauber, Sr. was born the second of five sons, on March 8, 1899 in Decatur, IL to Emil Tauber and Anna (Stephan) Tauber. Beatrice Bertman was a native of Jersy County and was born there, Feb. 14, 1901 to John C. Bertman and Mary “Theresa” (Schmieder) Bertman. She was the oldest of six children born to this union. Arthur Bernard Tauber Jr. was the first born child of Arthur Sr. and Beatrice Tauber. He was born around 1930. Also born to the union of Arthur and Beatrice were Janet Ann Tauber – Janet Ann (Tauber) Eller, Herbert J. Tauber, and Eugenia Louise Tauber – Eugenia Louise (Tauber) Smith.
